1. Check Order Status
To check your order status:
• 1. Confirm that your account has been signed in.
• 2. Click to enter My Orders and you can see the overall order status in the head bar.
• 3. Click the order you want to check and you can see the detailed information of your order.
2. Definition of Order Status
Awaiting payment - You have placed an order but haven't finished the payment yet. You can cancel it, edit your shipping address and proceed to pay. Generally, unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 30 days.
To be shipped - Your order has been paid and confirmed successfully. We are preparing your package and doing best to ship it out as fast as possible.You can cancel it before shipping out in My Orders. If you fail to cancel, you can launch dispute when order goes into 'Shipped' status.
Shipped - Your order has been shipped out and is on its way. It may be split into several packages and you can track detailed shipping information, launch dispute, and confirm delivery when you receive all your items.
To be reviewed - Your order has been confirmed delivered by the system automatically or by yourself, but haven't been reviewed yet. Generally, orders will go into 'Completed' status after 30 days. Besides, you can track detailed shipping information and launch dispute.
Completed - Your order meets any of the following conditions:
- reviewed or hasn’t been reviewed over 30 days
- finished dispute
You can track detailed shipping information, launch dispute, review and buy again directly. For orders that finished dispute, you can choose to delete the order records.
3. Order Processing Time
Generally, it will take 2-5 business days except for the pre-orders to process your orders. Please note that the actual time may fluctuate according to the detailed product and delivery area.
4. How to Change Order Information?
Goboo only support editing your shipping address when an order hasn't been paid. You can edit it in My Orders.
5. Can I Cancel My Order?
Goboo only support canceling your order before the package is shipped out. You can click cancel button directly in My Orders. If you fail to cancel, you can choose to reject the order when it is delivered to you.
6. Will My Order Be Automatically Canceled？
Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 30 days except for pre-orders. Occasionally, your order may get canceled by sellers because of some certain reasons such as stock issue, you can communicate with them directly and if you have any complaints, you can contact us on Goboo.
7. What Can I Do If I Received the Wrong Product?
Please contact Goboo Customer Service as soon as possible, we will help you check and solve the problem.
8. What to Do If All or Part of the Order Get Lost?
Goboo may splited your order into several packages and you can check detailed shipping information firstly in My Orders. If you are sure items get lost or to receive an empty package, you cancontact Goboo customer service by clicking “Contact Us” on Goboo help page.
9. Can I Reject the Order？
Yes, you can reject the package when it delivered by telling the courier directly or launch return dispute in My Orders.
Please note that if the rejection is due to the buyer’s own reasons, the buyer shall bear the shipping and return costs. If the rejection is due to the seller, the seller will bear the corresponding costs.
10. How Do I Get an Invoice?
Please contact the seller to issue an invoice, by clicking Contact Us on product detail page.
11. What If the Invoice Information Is Incorrect？
Goboo suggest you to contact the seller to check the information and issue a correct invoice again.
12. When will I receive my order?
After seller send out your package, you will receive the goods in the promised delivery time. There is the estimated delivery time and shipping information shown on the logistics page (by clicking 'Track Order' button on the order list page).
