Account Settings
1. Shopping Without Signing in
Goboo does not support shopping via visitor mode currently. You can only purchase successfully after signing in your account.
2. Supported Third-party Sign-in Methods
Goboo supports Google members to sign-in the account directly.
3. Change Your Account Settings
Goboo does not support editing or changing your account information like adding nicknames, uploading profile photos, etc currently. We will launch this function in a later version and will update the answers here accordingly.
To change your country / language preference:
• Click to enter Account Setting
• Select your preferred country or language.
• Save your change.
The selected country or language will become the default ones for your browsing and shopping experience when you are signed in. You will also receive communications from Goboo in your preferred language.
Note: When your selected country and language are not consistent, some website features or communications may not be available in your preferred language. For any feedback or help, please contact Goboo customer service by clicking “Contact Us” on Goboo help page.
4. Forgot / Reset Password
If you forgot or want to reset your password:
• Click to enter Sign in.
• Click 'Forgot your password?'.
• Reset your password.
5. Close Your Goboo Account
You can submit a request for us to permanently close your Goboo account and delete all your data including personal information.
To submit the request, please contact Goboo customer service by clicking “Contact Us” on Goboo help page. Goboo will process your request as soon as possible and will send the result notification to your email address.
Note: once your account is closed, it is no longer accessible by you or anyone else, and it cannot be restored. If you decide later that you want to start ordering from us again, or if you would like to use platform features that require an account, you'll need to create a new account.
